Device identifier: A randomly generated anonymous ID used to sync your data across sessions.

We use this information solely to:
Generate Kundali (birth) charts and planetary positions
Provide personalised daily, weekly, and monthly predictions
Power the Astro Chat and Gita Wisdom features
Calculate Panchang, Muhurat timings, and other astrological data
Astrological interpretations may be generated using AI (DeepSeek) based on your birth chart data and our astrology engine.
Where data is stored
On your device: Profile and reading data is stored locally for offline access and convenience.
On our servers: A copy of your profile and reading data may be stored on our servers to sync your experience across sessions.
Data sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties. We do not display third-party advertisements.
Data retention and deletion
You may delete your data at any time through the in-app profile settings. Upon deletion, your data will be removed from both your device and our servers.
Children's privacy
Astro Om is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
